YBS Commercial Mortgages has launched a new ‘Customer Portal’ to improve application speed, security and enhance customer experience.
The new digital portal allows potential customers to upload key documents to YBS Commercial Mortgages providing a secure platform for documents during the application process.
The ‘Customer Portal’ forms part of YBS Commercial Mortgages plans to increase its digital offering for customers and brokers providing them with an improved experience.

We’ve seen enquiry levels more than double in the past year as we have expanded our team and opened new regional offices around the country. This the first step in our digital service development which we have been planning to further drive improvements for our customers and brokers. I also believe the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak is highlighting the need for improved digital offerings from providers and that they are going to be ever more important in the future.”
YBS Commercial Mortgages has more digital enhancements planned to be launched this year including a portal for brokers.
