Vida launches limited edition residential and buy-to-let products

Vida, the specialist lender, has launched a range of limited edition products for residential and buy to let purchase and remortgage.

The residential range comprises 4 limited edition 2 year fixed rate products:

  • ‘Vida 48’ is available with up to 90% LTV and a rate of 3.99%.
  • Fee Saver product offers 90% LTV with a rate of 4.49%.
  • ‘Vida 36’ core products are 90% LTV and a rate of 4.39%.
  • Fee Saver at 90% with a rate of 4.89% and fees across all products are £995 and are a 2-year fixed deal.

Available for home movers, remortgages or first time buyers.

The Residential Limited Edition products have a maximum loan size of £400,000 and Fee Saver limited editions come with no product fee, a free valuation and a £250 contribution towards legal fees, paid within 30 days of completion.

Enhancement to the buy to let range comprises the following limited edition 5 year fixed rate products available for purchase & remortgage:

  • New Fee Free 75% LTV, at a rate of 3.19%.
  • Standard buy to let 75% LTV at 3.04%, with a fee of £1,495.
  • For HMOs, 75% LTV at 3.19%, with a fee of £1,995.

These latest changes come in addition to recent changes to the lenders’ offering, extending the residential and buy to let product ranges to include an extended expat range, bespoke key worker product, an extended HTB range, as well as 90% LTV mortgages now available on all houses and flats.
