Whitehall Capital makes two senior hires

Specialist property financer, Whitehall Capital is surging ahead to become one of the leading bridging names.

The fund, which empowers investors to purchase property quickly, already made waves recently after lending close to £50 million over the past six months. Now, as momentum builds, Whitehall Capital is looking to double its bridging book, starting with two strategic hires.

About Naseer Ahmed

Naseer, pictured above, joins from BridgeHelp, where he was Head of Sales. Notably, he was recognised as the person who converted the most terms issued into valuations.

Naseer has 15 years’ experience in the industry, built up over an eclectic range of lenders. He takes the responsibility of expanding Whitehall Capital’s network of brokers and developers as Commercial Director.

About Steven Kelly

Steven is an experienced professional in the bridging industry, having spent six years working for NatWest where he was promoted to Associate in Origins, Sponsors and Specialist Financing.

Steven has an impressive academic background, passing the notoriously difficult CFA Level 1 first time. He also achieved a first class honours in his Economics degree at Manchester Metropolitan University.

At Whitehall Capital, Steven moves into the role of Vice President. He’ll strengthen the bridging finance division.
