Foundation Home Loans, the intermediary-only, specialist lender has today (1st October 2019) announced the launch of a new five-year buy-to-let product, called ‘ERC 3’, aimed at those landlord clients who want rate certainty but with some flexibility regarding possible product switching in the future.
The five-year buy-to-let product is offered at a fixed rate of 3.30% for 65% LTV and 3.55% for 75% LTV, with no early repayment charges after three years.
Launched as part of Foundation’s Tier 1 product range - for borrowers with a near-perfect credit record – ‘ERC 3’ is available to portfolio and non-portfolio landlords, including those financing through a limited company vehicle.
Foundation Home Loans is a specialist lender, available only through intermediaries and designed for clients with more complex needs.
