Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) has announced that its London Expo, to be held at the Business Design Centre in Islington on 20th October, is open for free registration.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, delegates will have the choice of attending in the morning or afternoon and this will help to observe any prevailing social distancing guidelines and the safety of visitors.
The London Expo will host a full schedule of CPD seminars and panel debates featuring leading industry experts. They will provide insight to the latest topics affecting the mortgage, property finance and later life lending markets as well as the overall economic outlook. However, for the London show, the same set of seminars will run in the morning and afternoon to further assist with keeping delegates safe and to ensure that whichever session they choose delegates get the opportunity to listen to the same speeches and insights about the lending sectors.
As one of London’s most popular conference and exhibition venues, the Business Design Centre has put in place a number of measures to keep delegates safe as a result of the Covid-19 situation. As well as plenty of hand sanitisers and social distancing measures when in the main exhibition hall, they have also installed thermal imaging cameras to check for a high temperature as delegates arrive. There will also be a one-way system in operation and the venue will be cleaned during the day.
The Business Design Centre is located just 10 minutes from Kings Cross St. Pancras International and a short walk from Angel tube station in Islington. It’s a convenient environment for MBE Expo delegates to discuss all aspects of finance and lending for their customers.
In addition, there will be a revamped VIP package for delegates booking early to attend the Expo, with meeting zones, daily newspapers, special goody bag and superfast wifi access.
There is already significant support from exhibitors for the London Expo covering lending areas such as mortgages, buy to let, bridging and commercial finance. Key staff from exhibitors will be on hand to assist intermediaries with their latest products and services to help them grow business levels.
The MBE is the longest established and the most well respected Expos, and are the ideal places for finance professionals to meet with lenders, retirement planning companies and specialist providers for property development.
Mike Mikunda from MBE commented:
“We’re delighted to see many lenders returning to the market and we look forward to welcoming them to MBE London. It’s been a difficult time for everyone in the various lending sectors but we are seeing the green shoots of recovery with more new products being launched and business being written.
There will be a comprehensive seminar programme too with same programme running in the morning and afternoon so nobody misses out. We’ll have industry experts giving their views on the current and future trends in the various finance markets to help brokers be better informed.
The new London venue is an impressive location for this very popular event and will be an excellent environment for brokers, IFAs and introducers to talk directly with lenders and service providers about their latest products. We have the big names in the specialist and mainstream finance and mortgage sectors exhibiting at the show making it a fantastic opportunity to talk business. I’m looking forward to a successful MBE Expo in London.”
