Shawbrook rolls out broker self-service portal

Last year Shawbrook unveiled their online system “My Shawbrook Portal”, which allows existing Buy-to-Let customers nearing the end of their mortgage term, to quickly and easily submit a product switch application, drastically reducing the processing time to just 48 hours.

They have now announced that the self-service portal will be accessible to their panel of professional broker partners, allowing them to submit applications on behalf of their clients within just 10 minutes.

By delivering a more efficient product switch process and improved service to the customer, the digital solution allows the Bank to actively assist its brokers retention activity, whilst supporting them with the same commissions.
